At AraCloud, we aim to provide a seamless experience, but occasional issues can arise. This guide will help you diagnose and resolve common problems, access support resources, and create a ticket if needed.

Check the status of your services in the Servers’ page at https://aracloud.servermania.com/servers.
Support Resources
Contact AraCloud support by creating a ticket in the Support page in your AraCloud portal.
Access live chat support by clicking the bottom-right corner of our website.
Creating a ticket
- Click on “Support” under the Quick Navigation menu or in the top bar menu
- Click on “Create Issue”
- Under department, select the team to which the ticket will be addressed
- Assign a priority to the ticket
- Write the subject (i.e. “Server not rebooting”) and add a description
- Drag and drop attachments or click to upload files from your computer (if needed)
- Click on “Create Ticket”
