Check the status of your services in the Servers’ page at  https://aracloud.servermania.com/servers.

Contact AraCloud support by creating a ticket in the Support page in your AraCloud portal.

Creating a ticket

  1. Click on “Support” under the Quick Navigation menu or in the top bar menu
Click on Support
  1. Click on “Create Issue”
Click on Create Issue
  1. Under department, select the team to which the ticket will be addressed
Click on Support…
  1. Assign a priority to the ticket
Click on Medium…
  1. Write the subject (i.e. “Server not rebooting”) and add a description 
Type Hi, I need help with the server 52 on my account. I need to reboot but it is not working.
  1. Drag and drop attachments or click to upload files from your computer (if needed)
  2. Click on “Create Ticket”
